This page will consist of upcoming MNESTA events such as training, general membership meetings, special outings, and board meetings. Our calendar is dynamically built so that our members can visit our website and know that the most up-to-date information regarding our industry is included. Our members will benefit from having the most current and relevant information and training opportunities as they pertain to maintaining State licensure while monitoring issues at the State Legislature.

 

MNESTA Training Session

Registration: To register for training call PLT Services at 763-413-8217. Please have your PLT license number and complete contact information available. When you register, you will automatically be registered for all morning and afternoon sessions. PLEASE NOTE: If you register for this day of training and do not attend, without a five day notice to PLT Services, your company will be billed $50. Register NOW: Space is limited to 25 people!

Training Offered: While each training session differs, typical training offered are as noted: NEC Chapter 800 2008 (2 NEC CEU Hours), NEC Chapter 725 2008 and Related Articles (2 CEU Hours), GSM Communications (4 CEU Hours) - MNESTA has more than 70 certified CEU classes and several instructors that teach these classes. Each session will have different classes to choose from: If you attend all three training sessions you will receive a total of eight CEUs that will apply to your PLT license. Four of these CEUs will apply to the NEC portion. As a reminder, a total of four NEC CEUs are required every two years for license holders.
